Material advantage

Titanium alloys have good features such as high specific strength, good high temperature mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance, thus have been applied in aerospace, transportation, power generation and chemical industries. However, wider use of these materials is limited by their expense. One solution is to join titanium alloys to low-priced conventional steels by which the usage of titanium alloys can be reduced. The major metallurgical problem of joining titanium alloys with steels consists in formation of brittle inter-metallic phases.
Application

Currently, the steel structure is widely used to build the workshop, warehouse, steel bridge, tower, infrastructure, airport , high rising building, steel support, industrial plant and other public buildings. Because all material are fabricated and can be pre-assemblied in the factory and is easier to be installed by simply welding and/or connected by the high strength bolt.

Work scope & supply capacity

Our main products include space frame, steel structure, pipe truss, prefabricated house which are fabricated in our two workshops in Xuzhou, China. The annual production capacity of steel structure is 20,000 tons and the annual production capacity of space frame is 25,000 tons. We have cooperated famous EPC companies include Thyssenkrupp, POSCO, Thermax Global, Jican Industry to build different types of steel building in the worldwide.
